We're using Azure AppService to integrate some functionalities with 3rd party apps.
We don't want APIs to be fully open for everybody, so firewall on AppService level
is filtering the traffic. Is there any easy method to set it up for D365 F&O on cloud
instance? Another words, is there a tool which allows to detect exactly from which
IPs used by AOSs requests are coming from? It's quite easy to do for on-prem
installations, but not that obvious for cloud. I know it's possible to specify the
whole cluster range where AOSs reside, but maybe there is a method to
narrow it down.

IPs for the virtual machines are linked to the datacenter where they are deployed, and they are dynamic.
Microsoft Official recommendation is to add all IPs from article: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx filtering for the ones for your Azure deployment datacenter (where Dynamics 365 F&O deployment is located).
