Couldn't export responses NPS or see individual responses for NPS

I have created a form in Microsoft Customer Voice, with inserted NPS metrics.

It works fine to send, track and it works fine to see aggregated report for all results.

- I cannot see individual response to NPS (the chosen answer is not highlighed)

- Export responses is not working - get an error message "Couldn't export responses"

Please help!

    Hi!

    Can you please share your Form URL, the time you were facing the export responses failure over email to customervoice@microsoft.com? The team will look into it and get back to you with the details.

    Hi -- we have fixed issues with excel export and change the styling on the NPS. The highlight was previously too subtle, we have changed the styling for the marked NPS score -- see below:
