Hi all,
I'm new to using GP as a system and my auditors are asking for a report same as last year. The report title is A/R Ageing Summary and it is in excel. OneCognizant App
None of my staff know how the previous controller ran this report and I'm at a loss searching the internet; everything I run is unusable in excel and only available in PDF.

Use the information in this chapter to log in to Dynamics GP for the first time and register Dynamics GP. You also may have to grant user access to alternate Dynamics GP windows and reports.

You are talking about Reports->Sales->Trial Balance->Aged Trial Balance with Options and click the summary box. You will also find this using SSRS which I would assume is on your server. That version will dump data directly to Excel. Ask your IT staff about running SSRS reports.
Hi Kimberly-
There is a way to export the Trial Balance reports to Excel, but it is CSV and it is awful. You have to go back and do a lot of formatting and deleting and moving around.
If you do have a SQL Server Reporting Services report server set up at your company, I can also give you a nicely formatted report that will export to Excel. Let me know and I can send it over to you!
You also could get this information in SmartList. Sales > Customers. Your aging period columns are available to select along with current balance. This can get exported to Excel too.
Thank you.
Joe
