Work Description Cut off - Order Confirmation

Hello everyone!

When I type a Work Description in my Sales Order and I click Print Confirmation to view the document, the work description only shows one line of the work description (I have multiple lines in the work description).

Is there any way to troubleshoot this?

are you using a standard report or a custom?

what is the report id?

I use Custom Wordlay-outs. I inserted label: WorkDescriptionLine - Report ID 1305

I tested with standard layout "MS-1305-MODERN" and it printed all lines.

please check and compare your layout with the standard
