    You are responding to an older post with a different question. Can you create a new question on the forum and provide some more information like what are the contents of your security role and which role(s) are assigned to this user?

    Please guide , how can I enable this, as user has already relation with person.

    Hi Murali,

    To find out which roles are related to what menu items, you can use the development workspace to open the related security information as part of a menu item.

    You can also use the Security Development Tool which is available on LCS in the downloadable tools area.

    You can also try by assigning "Buying agent" role to the concerned user id and see if this works!

    Hi,

    Please check the following roles:

    Purchasing manager

    Purchasing agent

    and the duty "maintain all purchase requisitions"
