New Install of GP2013(R2)

I am creating a new Test Environment for our GP installation.  I have already created a new SQL server instance and restored all of the Production Databases over to that instance.  I've installed GP and pointed it to the new SQL server instance.  When I get prompted to run Utilities, I am getting the Version information errors below.  Am I simply using the wrong install media?  Thanks!

    Yes.  I was able to locate the update out on a Network Share and applied and all is good.  Thanks!

    New installation leads to a hell lot of errors in my system and it also crashed my tutuapp apk without notifying anything.

    Can anyone help me ???

    You need to apply the 2014 year-end update to your installation. The databases have all been upgraded and your code is a few service packs behind.
