Dear in GP 2015

Can i have a Customer (As parent) and another customer (as Child) linked together so whenever there are customer balance in the children customer , i can see all the aggregate balance in the Parent customer

is that possible ?

Example

Customer (Parent) => balance ($500) <= no transactions pass here , only view balance

  1. Customer (child) $500
  2. Customer (child) $1500
  3. Customer (child) $ 3000

I'm not quite sure I follow the question.  You can definitely have a parent/child relationship between customers.  It's called National Accounts in GP and is setup through Sales >> Cards >> National Accounts.  This allows you to see balances for the national account as well as receive payments from the parent for those child accounts.

You cannot however have multiple tiers.  For example Customer A cannot be a parent of Customer B and C and then Customer B is a parent of Customer D.

Does that help answer your question?

Which part would you like me to elaborate?

I have the situation where Customer A is the parent of Customer B and C , but not further than that. just parent child relationship.

Ok, if you are only doing Customer A is the parent of Customer B and C then that is definitely possible.

You'd set it up in the National Accounts Maintenance window I talked about above.  When you are running trial balances or statements there are options to consolidate National Account activity that way you can see the combined balances.
