Hello!
I'm not sure if this is normal behavior or not, but I noticed that the "Approved By" field in general journals is not populated with the user who approved the journal. We have a approval workflow that is required before posting to the GJ. This works fine no issues.
Is this normal? Is there any way to populate these fields with the user who approved the workflow? Or are these fields (Approved/Rejected by) used for something else?

These are for maker checker approval process not for workflow.
Maker checker means one person select the journal as make as ready and the persons into the user group wil approve or reject.
