Feature Pack 1 upgrade error

I am attempting to install Feature Pack 1. It installed fine in all my stores, but I am getting an error on the server. The install ran fine, but when I try to run the "Upgrade the database" option in HQ Administrator, I am getting the following error: "An error occurred while attempting to upgrade the database: Line 7: Incorrect syntax near '('."

Has anyone else seen this error?

My bad. The issue was FP1 in incompatible with SQL Server 2000. If nothing else, I'm getting the SQL upgrade out of this one.
