Background Workflow waiting with unidentified error

Hello,

I have a background workflow that runs on creation of record it keeps waiting with error message in the process session "

The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it."
 and in the error details message it states that "Message: SystemUser With Id = 339740e5-9361-ec11-8b89-005056b4a5a0 Does Not Exist " However the the owner of the workflow is the admin and when I search with this Id in the users DB no user is created with Id.
Also, some times it executes successfully other times it keeps waiting with the mentioned error details.
I hope if anyone could help with this error.

    Hello Yara1194 ,

    Workflow is failing because its using following user during performing action. Check in your system user table if its active or inactive. It could be possible that flow is owned by a user who is in deactivate state.
