Hi All,
Recently our clients asked us to implement the timeout settings for CRM 2011. We set the ADFS Tokenlifetime to 50 minutes and expected the prompt to user to login back to CRM to happen at the 49th minute but the prompt came up at the 30th minute. Later we found that there is a default 20 minute gap. How can we reduce this default gap so that the prompt to the user comes up at the 45th or 49th minute. Thanks!!
