Yes - I want to suppress - but only if the total line associated with the header is zero.

In the above I can suppress Airfare and Total Travel - but then in my report I still have a heading of Travel displayed. I want to suppress the Travel heading line if "Total Travel" is zero.

Simon,
Sorry, thought you wanted to suppress.
Steve
Hi Steve,
A heading will always have a zero amount so If it is set to "If any column Not Zero" then the heading will never display !!!
Simon
scruffysjb,
On your Account Schedule, under Show, you will see the choice 'If any Columns Not Zero'. Select that choice.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Steve
Currently Show is set to "Yes".
If it is set to "If any column Not Zero" then the heading will never display.
Aah, what is your setting for Show?
I really meant a row heading...... not a column heading.

There is not an option to suppress printing of a column that has zero in all rows.
