I am having some problems with some terminal server users in regards to printing. These users are in remote sites and are connecting to server 2008 terminal server using .RDP connections for GP10. The problem that some of these users are having is when they try and print any kind of reports, about 1/2 and inch to an inch of the page is being cut off on the left hand side of the page. I have tried the following to resolve this problem:
1) Tried different printer drivers (PCL5, PLC6, Universal)
2) Tried installing the printer drivers directly on the terminal server machine and configured GPO to use these drivers before using the Easy Print feature of 2008.
3) Tried printing to different printers, some worked and some did not.
I was wondering if anyone would be able to give any insight as to why this is happening. One other note, all of these users used to connect to a 2003 terminal server that was running citrix. When they used citrix, none of them experienced this printing problem of the page cutting off.
