Hi all,
I want to restrict some of the users with particular roles giving access to edit the procurement category form. The Edit category hierarchy button needs to be restricted for them so they can't edit the category names or their description on the form but they can still view the category form.

you have 2 duties "Maintain procurement category hierarchy" and "Inquire into procurement category hierarchy".

Inquire into procurement category hierarchy is not tied to any roles we have. I am still working on the "Maintain procurement category hierarchy" duty to remove from other roles and see if it restricts the access to edit the form.

Maintain all category hierarchy worked for me. Removed this duty for all the roles and it restricted the access.
