HQ Manager - Store Status

My question today deals with the store status in HQ Manager.   On my server, all stores have an exclamation point over their status.   None of the worksheets in each store do.   I believe I did this when i was removing a BUNCH of worksheets that were pointed at a store that no longer exists. 

I was wondering if anyone had seen this, and if there was any way to fix it.   It's a little irritating when my coworkers come up and wonder why all the stores are having problems.  When there really is no problem.
