Hi,
I have a subgrid/ Entity List which loads all the cases. Is there a way to change the column header label? i.e. change 'Case Title' to just 'Title'

Hi Ravi, I don't think there is an OOTB feature to change the column name only for this specific view in the CRM Portal. But in my case, I used JavaScript to change the column name.
Actually I am looking to change it for all the views (not just one). I currently have open, closed & all cases views, I need to change it to all.
can you also share the javascript please.
If that's the case, have you tried changing the Display name from the CRM views? I believe the Portal reflects the name that is set from CRM.
Regarding the JS code, currently I don't have the js code that I've used from my prev project. I'll try to provision a trial environment and update you with that.
Hi Ravi,
If you go into the Entity List record and look in the Grid Configuration section, there should be an Override Column Attributes section, you can update the headers there:
Thanks Bharat.
Hi Bharat,
If I am using liquid code then Override Column Attributes section is not working in Dynamic 365 Portal.
Do you have any suggestion or official document which shows why it is not working or What I need to do to make this work?
Thanks
