Cannot find publish or other advanced settings under advanced settings.

Hi. When I click the cog in my dynamics trial version, and choose advanced settings, there are only a few that show up - namely: mobile offline, security, sales insights, apps.

I'm looking for (and cant seem to find) all of the other advanced settings like 'publishers' or 'customize the system', or 'themes', etc.

Please and thanks for helping with such a newb question.

Thank you for your post.

you will have to check the following:

1. Administration privilege: system administrator or System customizer

You can do that : open the userlist and select your own user (not open it) and click "Promote to Admin" in the command bar.

Thank you! Your response definitely helped me get to the root cause of the issue. It was around users and to become an admin user I had to register some TXT value in some website called OpenSRS

So, when I followed your steps, I ended up here (see exhibit 1). Then I followed the instructions and it looks like the menu options I was looking for are there now.
