Is there a conflict between these two, when installed together in 1 computer. These were installed in an I5 processor and a windows 10 OS. We've been struggling about crashing the application.

I have not heard about that. If you install AX2009 and SAP on separate computers are both applications running ok?

When it was only the AX2009 installed, it was working properly. But when they installed the SAP , the problem occurred.
It's confusing because, the others worked properly. When the time of generating reports, like trial balance and financial reports, it crashes.
I see. Have you already tried de- and re-installing the SAP application on this computer?
Yes Dr. Ludwig. I also did that to AX2009, still it's crashing. And it happens to all the client computers who has these two.
Mine and the server were working absolutely fine, because these were untouched. Meaning there's no SAP in it.
It would be unusual to do that - Production server should be dedicated to Ax..
Are they installed in the same SQL database? or in separate vms or...?
HI magic1949, I agree with you. Luckily they did not install it in production server, it was installed in client's.
