Service Activity's - Sync problems

(0) ShareShare

I have created a dialog to create a Service Activity which works fine, it creates it with the correct time and the same owner that runs the dialog.

The strange thing is that it shows in CRM in the service calendar and syncs with the outlook but here is the strange part it also syncs with my outlook account.

I have changed the admin account of the dialog to be someone else but this still syncs with me.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Usually outlook synchronisation problems are related to data not being synched not that too much data is being synched :)

Anyway, Could you check if you are user account is attributed to the activity in any other way? Also, did you check the server side sync settings? It could be one of these that caused the issue.
