Javier, This may be a limitation with whatever integration you are using to communicate to SAP. There is nothing built into RMS or POS to allow for this. You may wish to contact the manufactures of this integration with your questions.

Hi Ryan I was looking on RMS but cant find and option for this let me explain u. Example If u buy Item1 get a Item2 to $0.00 cost but if i buy another Item2 that item have a real cost Code:14551 Description:Item1 Qty:1 Price:$300.00 Code:14552 Description:Item2 Qty:1 Price:$0.00 Code:14552 Description:Item2 Qty:1 Price:$30.00 How can i do that on RMS? I follow the help to make a Gift Item but have a limitation I dont want or need on my bussines a new item. I try then like Kit but another problem on my transaction dont appear the Item2 on inventory. then another try Assembly item its the best option cause that make almost all that i want, just and issues the barcode cant use a barcode on my Item1 to identify like Assembly.

Javier, Unfortunately, I am still not certain what you are looking to accomplish. I did not follow your example. Can you try another one for me?

Ok, now it is a bit more clear. You can always have a cashier apply a manual discount to an item, discounting it to $0.00. But if you want this to be a more automated process, RMS will not work out of the box. You would need a discounting customization to make this work. RMS' discount schemes are ok, but they are very general. We have a tool called Promo Manager that could perform this discount for you, otherwise there may be other modules available from other companies.
