Today, I tried to deploy GP on SQL 2008 R2 and was getting the error demonstrated on the following blog; http://www.jivtesh.com/2010/05/sql-server-2008-r2-code-name.html
I downloaded the latest GP service which made the build 10.00.1502. Can anybody shed light on this?

Hey Ryan,
10.00.1502 is GP SP4 with a hotfix. Support for SQL 2008 R2 will come with GP 10 SP5, which has not yet been released.
FYI - GP 2010 works with SQL 2008 R2.
