I am using the Samsung android apps and phone or the tablet gives me same error and can not sign in.
I can still use from the desktop edge, but not from the windows app.

If you are a CSP and use the 'My Support' option at the top - partner.microsoft.com/en-US
There is an option for 'Submit a Product Support Incident'.
I tried that initially. They directed me to itmbssupport as it is a techical issue. Itmbssupport then tell me to raise the issue here at lcs mbs2.microsoft.com/.../newstart.aspx.
And when you arrive at that web page there is no place to log an incident....
I think you open cases through your CSP web portal.
Hi Chris. We are realising the same problem as Hakan has described on our demo environment. We are a partner and CSP and have not had any success in logging a support case with Microsoft (we have been directed to 3 different support areas). What is the correct approach to raising a support case if we are a CSP?
