Error when trying to schedule daily reports

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport
Posted on by

I tried to schedule reports to run on a daily basis. I used reports that came with CRM and reports that I created. I got the same result - a cryptic error that an error occured and pointing me to the MS Dynamics CRM Community. If that fails contact Microsoft support.

Any one have any ideas on how to troubleshoot this - or experienced this same problem?

 Greg

You will have to run the report in context of a user with the appropriate user rights and use windows credentials. Second tab from top, i think. Brgds Bjorn

No such tab or option. The scheduling wizard does not ask or display anything about a user. I am a system adminstrator and system customizer.

My bad, You are using the scheduling wizard from within CRM. I was refering to the subscriptions for reports on SQL Report Services. Sending e-mails to specific users with the report attached or embedded. Have no experience in the scheduled reports from CRM. Think they are just snapshots generated.
