Microsoft problems with BC as its still a new app which apparantly is'nt ready for ned users yet?

Im now trying this forum as our company has been struggling with loads and loads og errors in BCBeta 14, 16 and 17 for the past 13 month.

I have to simple questions for a start which i really hope someone can help us with for a start?

1. BC pauses randomelyand in the middle of working which is quite annoying and iwe are told that it's a classic MS error as they apparantly can't fix this or for some reason won't?

2. BC can send out electronic invoices via OIO but not reminders, why is that and is it possible to to do it some way?

    Hello,

    Your Microsoft partner should assist you here and raise a support request to Microsoft support so we can address the issues. If you are the CSP of your customer, please contact Microsoft support for assistance.

    We will most likely you ask to raise two separate support incidents as we only address one issue per incident.

    Microsoft support have tried to solve some of the problems and it toook many month without something happening and at the best, the service is verybad:-(

    Our partner DXC have been trouble shooting for one year now now and it is first now its beginning to work, as it was a huge and very expensive mistake tha we choosen BC, but we hope and pray that it's getting better in the future.
