So, I have an issue where our administrator can send SMS messages within RTM but even with the marketing manger role for myself I am unable to do so.
I can see the azure SMS text number on the settings page but when it comes to being able to set up a SMS message I get this error.
"failed to retrieve available text message sender list" from the drop down.
I have both a twilio and Azure SMS number that BOTH work for the SysAdmin BUT the Twilio number does not show in my Marketing settings but the Azure SMS number does.
We gave my account System Administrator access and VOILA both the Twilio and Azure SMS were in the RTM Text Message drop down....
I've looked everywhere.... what roles does our admin need to add to allow for users that have a role of Marketing Manager to be able to configure and send SMS messages.
