Can i get Last customer Number in Dynamics GP through econnect?
Like GetNextDocNumbers is contains diffrent methods to retrieve next doc numbers and in the same way i want for customer? is there any chance or existing methodology please let me know

Customer Number field is user defined field and there is no setup available for Customer Number Prefix Setup.
Every company has their own Procedure or method to create Customer Records and most of the times, when integration is under process, the Customer ID will originate from source system and in GP it will be updated into RM00101 table.
However you can try to build a piece of Customization where your Custom Window will let you setup Prefix for Customer Number field.
And whenever you create a new Customer Master Record, you can refer your Custom Table to get next Customer Number.
