Hi All,

I am struggling to write a query to pull order quantities(received and on open po's) from GP. I spologize as am new to GP. Can anybody please help me? Thank you in advance!

Hello Sam,

Creating SQL query's would actually be an Advisory Service from a Tech support standpoint and not really supported through the forums. There are potentially numerous ways to do what you are looking for dependant on the specific information you are looking to obtain and I would recommend contacting your Microsoft Partner for assistance in this matter to get the best possible assistance to pull all the information you are looking for.

I would modify the qurey to include the columns you need. The POP10110 table is the line item tables.

Thank you so much Donnette, but it loks like it os only for items not yet recieved but I am looking for received and open po's. Any thoughts?

Hi Sam,

Here's a link to the SQL query you'd like. Comment out the create view as and run the query as a select statement. This is shared on GPUG. If you can't log in let me know and I'll send it your way.
