I think there is nothing how you would want it to look like available out of the box (OOB). I don't know of any "reports" that contain the technicians signature OOB.
Usually for a Field Service implementation, these kind of printouts are generated as PDF but are highly custom specific.
It usually takes a fair amount of time to create one of the underlying printout templates.
But this way you pretty much can get what you need.
Nearly everything can be printed: lists of executed tasks, used materials, delivered services, times, prices, lists of notes, remarks, pictures and whatever else you can imagine. Surely also a signature is a very common part of this document.
There are several ways to implement such a report/document template (however you want to call it).
You can use one or more of these options to create such a template/report:
- Power Automate/Flow
- Field Service Mobile Offline Reports (can be created on mobile while not having active internet connectivity)
- 3rd party tools (I really recommend DocumentsCorePack)
- SSRS reports
Moreover using a signature you can have it added into your document as a simple embedded picture or you can use an official E-Signature leveraging other 3rd party tools like DocuSign.
