Adjust booking time based on resource proficiency

Has anyone come across a need to have RSO adjust the duration of a Booking automatically based on the proficiency of the Resource. For example, if I had a Work Order that had a duration of 1 hour, then the Booking duration might adjust to 45 minutes if RSO scheduled it with a Resource with high proficiency in the skill required by the Work Order?

Thanks Leah. That new feature helps determine durations. However, I am looking for a way for RSO to schedule a Booking for a different duration based on the booked Resource.
