Trying to complete testing MTD using the Sandbox web application as per United Kingdom: Making Tax Digital - VAT Statement submission change on Dynamics AX 2012 R3
I've run into a problem whereby the Get test user data function is prompting for a "Server token"...
According to the documentation, the Server token should be listed on the HMRC Developer Hub under Manager Credentials, but it's not!
A call to HMRC confirms that it's not there because the Server token has been deprecated.
Has anyone managed to find a way around this?

I am not a UK tax specialist and would recommend opening a support ticket with MS if you don't receive any other response in this forum within the next days.
In the meantime, have a look at the tectalks that have been published in this community; especially the following one.

It's for D365FO but you might get some information/help out of it.

Yes, the Server token is deprecated by HMRC. Please get test user credentials here:
developer.service.hmrc.gov.uk/api-test-user
There, you can find the needed User ID, Password and VAT Registration Number (second last field).
For AX 2012 R3 you also need to install KB4583349, so that you are able to save the test VAT Registration Number:
