
CRM 2011 On-Prem.....All Users on Exchange Online using Outlook via Office 365. I have in internal Exchange server for large outgoing e-mail conpaigns. E-mail Router installed on Internal Server. I have the forwarding mailbox on the internal Exchange server. Rules set up on the users to forward the mail to forwarding mailbox.
I have 3 organizations. Can I use a single Forwarding Mailbox for multiple organizations or do I need to set up 3 different Mailboxes? If this will work, how is it accomplished?
