Dynamics 365 CRM (V9.0) on-premise in mobile offline mode.

Hello everyone, 

We have Dynamics 365 CRM on-premise (v9.0), where we have created custom entities and have done some customizations and automation on them. Like, in CRM online, we can enable the mobile app module to use in offline mode. Do you know if this feature is available for the on-premise CRM? 

We want to give end users the ability to perform basic operations on custom entities whenever they go on-site if in case they don't have an internet connection.

    As per my very little knowledge. The feature is not available on the 'on-premises'.

    Do you know if there is any 3rd party tool or app which provides the same feature?  

    I have tried configuring D365 CRM for outlook clients (Classic) but seems it is no more supported even in V9.
