Which part doesn't work after activation?
If there are two environments under your tenant, please check whether your project is linked to the environment where the marketing application is installed.


If the right location is chosen, then the survey shall be available in Dynamics 365 Marketing application.
Marketing email:

Customer journey

You could refer to following steps to test with contact.
1. Create a static segment and add test contact to it.
2. Create a marketing email, add a Customer Voice survey element to the content of email.
3. Create a simple customer journey to send email:
select the email tile, add the survey as an item to the email.
