management reporter generate report error

Hi,

We just installed MR 2012 (previously used only Frx) and when trying to generate a report I keep getting the following error:  

I am able to set up a row definition and pull the account structure in which appears correct.

Any help is appreciated.

    This response is from Microsoft.

    "You must apply a hotfix to make this version of the Microsoft Dynamics SL data provider compatible with Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011 and with Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011 Service Pack 1 (SP1)."

    The HotFix is available on the main Management Reporter 2012 download page: mbs.microsoft.com/.../mroverview.htm

    At the above link you will see "Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011 Hot Fix (SL 2011 and SL 2011 SP1)". Installation instructions are included.

    Hi Nate,

    I got this to run.  It was missing the Management Reporter 2012 Process Service.   I had to configure it through File Configure and then pick the Management Reporter Process Service item.  Then it then appears as running (Both Application Service & Process Service need to be running)

    It's been along time since I worked on this but I do have a couple of screen shots.  I can't get them to post here.   If you want them, email me directly and I can send them.

    Hey Robin (and whoever else reads this)

    Thanks for the screenshots.  We were good there.  However, two things that fixed the issue.

    The first was the company ID didn't match in the SL database.

    The second was to re-import the companies in the configuration manager.
