Hi Aljarafe, I moved your question to a new thread.

You need to use "development environment" (classic client), tools -> licence...and then you can export.

    Good luck!

Go to Tool menu, the click on license information. Click on export on the license information form. Save into any location on your computer.

Copy the license file to the new machine and import it through same process as above.

    Thank you

    Hi Aljarafe,

Which version are you using? and what kind of your database, SQL or Native?

    Hi Aljarafe,

The best way is contact your NAV Microsoft Partner to resend you the license file (*.flf). They are willing to help you on this.

After moving to new server with correct license and let users work for a week, at old server:

    - For Native database type: stop and unregister service.

    - For SQL database type: upload cronus license file or update [master].[dbo].[$ndo$srvproperty] field to null.

Hope this information can help you!

    Best regards,
