CRM On-Premise Solution Package Import Error - File is too large to upload

when a importing a solution to prod environment I am getting this error <File is too large to upload>.

Knowing on UAT we had no such error, and we even restored prod db to uat hoping to replicate but it was imported without an issue.

I could only find the below in logs.

Any idea?

If there are only these error logs, I think it is difficult for us to reproduce the problem and solve it. I suggest you contact Microsoft's official technical support.

Issue solved by turning off a replication on db.

Why replication would be causing the issue and how to avoid it?
