I'm using AX 2012 R2,
For your info : In my company, after receipt the item (warehouse "INVENTORY") she must make a transfer journal to warehouse "VIRTUAL" and after that she may to make an inventory to fixed asset journal.
my client have problem when she want to make inventory to fixed asset journal, she did not found the amount that she receipt from PO-AAAA. So far I'm check in inventory transaction from PO-AAAA show LOT ID = LOT-AAAA but when i make transfer journal there is no LOT-AAAA so I assume this receipt does not fit into the inventory. There are so many receipts for this item and with many different amounts. so this make me confused, there is no serial number for this item so i can't trace using item tracing and there is no manual count of quantity for this item, and user that receipt this PO already resign so i can't ask how much the real quantity for this item and transactions that occured for this item. Can anyone give me some suggestion to solve this issue?
