Hi Everyone,
We have a handful of email templates we would like specific users (customer service team) to have access to and nothing else. I am aware we can make them private or global, but I was hoping for something a bit more layered.
Would there be a way to do so in Dynamics 365?

It looks like you want to implement security on individual email template? If this is correct then I am afraid there isn't any supported way to achieve this requirement :(
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
