What is the most recent version of i.e. that will be supported for the Forecaster web client.  I see tech article that 6.0 or higher should work but the client would like to know of an "upper" limit on the version (if there is one).

Try running IE in compatibility mode by adding the website to the compatibility list...

We unfortunately do not have a white paper. I would look for any scaling options that you can find. In addition to the IE options, also check the display options on the computer as maybe something like increasing the text size is throwing it off.

Is there any white paper on what the ie settings should be as they are on i.e. 10 & 11 and it wraps and cuts off the menu.

I was not able to find any cases that mentioned menus being cut off in web access. Does the same thing happen with IE11? I have web access working correctly on a test machine with IE10 so I'm guessing something environmental is at play here.

    Jake,

Thanks for the reply.  My client upgraded to ie 10 and the menu gets cut off.  When we go back to version 9 it works fine.  Do you know if there is a fix for this?

There isn't an upper limit for the browser when using Forecaster web access.
