Hi, I have 3 users on my network who experience random crashes of Dynamics Navision. Each are at random times and all are using XP Pro Sp3.
They all have the same error in he logs.
The description for Event ID ( 1000 ) in Source ( Microsoft Dynamics NAV Classic ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: finsql.exe, 6.0.29626.0, 4a849a75, user32.dll, 5.1.2600.5512, 4802a11b, 0, 0001dcb3.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The number one reason I've seen for crashes in NAV is a bad network connection. Since you say it is 3 users I'm assuming this is a small subset of the user base (not all users are experiencing the problem). They may all be going through a faulty router or bridge to communicate with the NAV server. These problems can also cause the NAV (Native) Database Server to crash.
If they are crashing when printing it could be a bad printer driver, or a faulty network connection on the printer.
