You mentioned a Purchase Order and a Pick.  That is a mismatch.  Did you by chance mean Put-Away?  If so, the Put-Away should be created upon the posting of the Receipt (either on the Purchase Order or a Warehouse Receipt).

If you meant a Sales Order and a Pick, the system checks available inventory for the Location and Bin before making the Pick.  You obviously can't Pick an Item that isn't available.  Double check you have the correct Location and Bin information for the line.

To get a better message, go to Warehouse Setup and select "Stop and Show First Posting Error".  Doesn't always work, but usually gives better guidance on what needs corrected.

Have you checked all you filters etc?

The message you are getting indicates that nothing meets the criteria set in request for creating inventory pick.

Often this is because the filters in your request is set incorrectly.
