Hi, all:
I have a location we put some rejected material waiting for return .
hence we only need to know the quantity , instead of the amount, we don't want to see the journal entry either.
could you please advise how to setup for this? Thank you.

If using directed pick and put-away you can use the warehouse item journal. This is purely qty. with no value. The results only make it through to financials if you use an item journal and pull changes from the adjustment bin of the warehouse - so never do that step. That specific location will have a lot of additional setup just to support this.
