I don't believe this is standard in Business Central. The actions in the navigation bar or menus are typically linked to table/page numbers. However, you can customize it if you need something specific for daily use.

I don't think it's available in Standard Business Central.
The Role Center Page contains various actions and tabs, with data coming from different tables. How can you apply filters on the Role Center Page?
What kind of filters do you want to add to the Start Page? Can you provide some examples?
