Custom Reference Data Table Not Appearing in “Reference data” Page in Sustainability Manager

Hey there,

I have created a custom reference data table in Microsoft Sustainability Manager following the official documentation for creating and linking custom factor mappings:
"https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/industry/sustainability/sustainability-manager-calculate-custom-factor-mappings#link-factors-to-sustainability-manager-factor-mappings".

The table has been successfully created in Dataverse, added to the Sustainability Manager app, and registered in the Reference data (msdyn_referencedata) table with the correct entity name and category set to “Reference data.” I can see it as a separate page in the left navigation menu and can interact with it normally.

However, it does not appear in the main “Reference data” page where all standard reference data tables are listed. I have:
  • Verified that the entity name matches the logical table name exactly.

  • Set the category to “Reference data.”

  • Assigned proper permissions (Read + Append To at organization level).

  • Added at least one test record to the table.

  • Published the app and performed a hard refresh.

Is there any additional configuration or limitation that prevents custom reference data tables from being displayed on the default “Reference data” page in Sustainability Manager?

Hope someone can help me out!

Thank you in advance!

Luca R.
