The is no inventory transaction for Transfer order

Dear All - I have strange issue in Dynamics AX 2012 CU8, The issue is when I create inventory transfer order and add line, I cannot ship it and below error pup up:

when I check its transaction, I did not find any record created:

but when I removed the line and insert it again, the transaction are created and can process it without any issue.

If anyone can help I will be highly appreciated.

The version is : AX 2012 R3 CU8.

    Is there an inventory transaction linked to the transfer order line after you've added it (before you try to ship it)? When you add the transfer order line are you reserving automatically? When you post the transfer order shipment what parameters (Update, edit lines, etc.) are you using?

    How do you add the first line with error anyway? why second time it manage to create inventory transaction. I assume you are using job/customization .

    Please look at field qtyremainreceive and qtyremainship. It must not be zero to create the transaction.

    Hi Tim - As i said, there was no transaction created when I added the transfer line and I believe its the reason of the error. the strange thing in this scenario that for other items; the transfer order works normal

    Hi Chandra - There is o customization on transfer order. The transfer order line has all the information needed to proceed, but as I mentioned, when I delete the line and added again; inventory transaction created and new record created in inventtransorigin table.
