i cannot see the opportunities data view list when i login by admin ? but i can see view list when i login by user
if anyone know about this please help me

Hi Sabih,
you can control the records to be appearing in this view as per your need.
you can simply add if owner = and select all the users you want ( including admin)
but it might break if you move this view to other environment(import) - again you will have to add users.

this is ready if i remove (owner =current user) okey every one can see but i want to do access a particular person include admin also

Hi Sabih,
Why do you want to change this view - if go from customization > entities > opportunity > views> "My open opportunities" > open the view and click on "edit filter criteria".
it will have a filter as below :
owner = current user
status = Open
if you want everyone to see records in this view you can remove the first condition.
however i dont recommend doing this - since this view name itself says that it should show only opportunities owner by current user.
using admin account you can see opportunities under other view like all open opportunities - you will be able to see that in that view.

Hi Sabih,
as far as i know , this view will have a condition like :
owner = current user.
so even if you are admin - you are not owner of the record , hence you wont see it.
