
Hi, I have been trying to figure out an issue with our order form. I am using CRM On Premise 8.2.
To replicate the issue I go to the order form and I add a new product using the pre built inline editable view.
The product has no tax value assigned to it. The products which have tax values assigned calculate the total tax and add it to the total.
So I am assuming the tax calculation is correct but the product taxes are not being assigned?
There is an old html form that was made that allows to add the new product in which works with the tax calculation.
However I can't find where the tax is being calculated and I am wondering if it may be an issue with the products?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
