Have a customer who is using CRM 2013 on-prem. Users use CRM plug-in for Outlook. They want to migrate email to Exchange Online while keeping CRM 2013 on-prem as is. Will the CRM plug-in continue to work even though CRM is on prem and mailbox is in Exchange Online? If Email Router is used (not sure at this point) can this be pointed to Exchange Online, I believe from what I've read this is possible but just want confirmation.
