I have created one report using SSRS 2008 and deployed it to CRM 2011(On-premise). When I run this report from Visual Studio 2010, it works fine as per the font style used(Trebuchet MS). But when I run the same report from CRM, the font is getting changed to 'Times New Roman'. And I checked, 'Trebuchet MS' is installed in server. Or do I need to install this font in CRM? If so, how can I install that?

Below is the image which shows the same report running in (A) From Visual Studio and (B) From CRM 2011 but they are with different fonts. Can any one help me to get this report done with Trebuchet MSin CRM?

Hi Charan,

This seems to be an issue with how we are doing some of the wrapper on the reports. If you could open up a case so we can get this tracked and formally filed I would appreciate it. I'll grab the case when it comes in. I have reproduced the issue in my environments as well.

I'm also interested in this result, I have some reports utilising a barcode font, font installed everywhere and servers restarted for good measure, however though CRM the font is not recognised.

This means that the organisation is not able to get cheaper postage for these letters :(.

Its on premise RU12 if that helps.

Nope. Compromised with supporting font only.

my 2c.

I followed through with MS, we found that the font was not properly constructed according to MS specs, so though it worked with word etc, it didn't comply and failed with CRM.

We had to go back to the vendor on this one.
