How to find out the user created date & created by in AX 2012

Hi All,

 

How can i find out the details like created by , created on for a perticular user in AX 2012.

 

From the SYSUSERLOG table , i can find only the date for the first time user logged on to the system.

 

Can any once let me kow,how to find out the created by, created date for a perticluar user?

    this information can only be found if properties has been enabled on table SysUserInfo

    but since, these properties are off by default you cannot get data for historical records.

    for future purpose you may enable CreatedDateTime,CreatedBy etc.

    as an alternative for time being you can use SYSUSERLOG  to know first login date of user, which can be possibly close to CreatedDateTime (not accurately, but there are chances of being close)

    Go to \System Documentation\Tables\UserInfo table you can get in SQl or Job.

    you can check this table it is system table which has created by and created data time field, If it is not serve your purpose, you have to enabled the property as sohaib told or you can setup the data base log functionality for same.
